Abstract


Communication is the heart and soul for an ideal and successful living. One’s talent to commune can spell the differentiation between success and failure in all aspects of living. From the instant of inception of birth, infants learn the ways to converse, build on an innate ability to speak to their mother via crying. By treading on further steps, throughout life, a person’s development and progress depends on communication of one form or another, either communicating to or receiving communication from others. The accomplishment of an individual at familial levels in the neighborhood and at the job front depends on his ability to communicate. Communication skills are a significant asset to assist any persona on the boulevard to success. And success- a sweet pill is direly required by all of us in our personal lives and careers. We are hungry for victory as we take up a new vista in life or acquire a new position in a group, and communication is the sole key to a successful sustenance. All the highly acclaimed people are widely renowned due to their impeccable ability to communicate well with people. The current research endeavours to get into the grass root level to expound effective communication as the ‘Mai Baap’ of successful living.
